It’s time for the 35th annual Have-A-Heart fundraiser in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester. The annual fund raiser is held online during the month of February. Donation booths will be at Eastview and Greece Malls on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (2/10 to 2/12 and 2/17 to 2/19). The RHMCR is 100% community funded and we need your help – please make a donation of any amount to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester (RHMCR). Secure donations are made directly to the RMHCR using the donation button.
The Have-A-Heart fund raiser was established by the Rochester area Masons in February of 1988 and to date with the support of the community, has raised over $440,000 for the local Ronald McDonald House Charities.
In 1990, the Masons held a cornerstone laying ceremony for the Ronald McDonald House on Westmoreland Drive. The vestibule of the facility was “dedicated to the love and generosity of the Freemasons of Greater Rochester. Their ongoing project — Have-A-Heart — has provided funds for the construction of this area.”
